Workshop: Hip Openers & Renewal

Join Peter Elmas for a 3-hour yoga workshop including Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, and reflection.

April is a season of transformation, inviting us to release what no longer serves and make space for growth. This workshop will focus on hip openers, which are deeply grounding and provide an opportunity to release tension and stagnant energy often stored in the hips. This workshop is all about creating space—physically, emotionally, and energetically—so you can step into the new season feeling lighter, more open, and deeply connected. What to Bring: Yoga mat, journal or notebook, warm layers
Location: Online + In-Person

You can expect the following:

Opening Meditation & Breathwork – Grounding into the present moment and setting an intention for release.
Slow Flow & Hip-Focused Asana – Moving through a sequence designed to increase mobility and free up tension in the hips.
Integration & Reflection – Closing with stillness, journaling, or optional discussion to process what has shifted.

Investment: $55 In-Person and $20 Online.

This session is in-person and virtual. All Annual Virtual Yoga students attend at no cost.
